Anne is a licensed Realtor® in the State of Minnesota and is affiliated with The Dascher Company, Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Anne has lived in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul for over 40 years, having graduated from St. Catherine University in 1990 with a B.A. in International Business and Economics. 

Her professional background brings valuable assets to real estate: Anne was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty as a real estate agent for 10 years, spent 10 years in the financial services industry as a licensed financial consultant, and later joined the sales and marketing team of a local money manager. In 2000, she transitioned to work alongside her husband, Patrick, in his real estate appraisal and valuation company—now The Dascher Company, Inc., where she remains affiliated. Anne also held a real estate appraiser trainee license for 8 years, gaining in-depth knowledge of the industry from the valuation perspective, which greatly benefits her work with individual clients buying or selling homes.

Having grown up in Eveleth on Minnesota's Iron Range, Anne still enjoys visiting family and friends in that beautiful area. She loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and getting outdoors year-round to appreciate the Twin Cities' natural beauty. 

Anne has been actively involved in her St. Paul community, volunteering with various local organizations over the years.

With her extensive knowledge of the Twin Cities and surrounding areas, Anne looks forward to helping clients sell their current home and/or find one they'll love in a neighborhood that fits perfectly.
